Bulldogs right back at it, take on Clippers today *3:00pm start*

It's right back to game action today for the Bulldogs (6-2-2-1, 2nd Island) as they take on the Nanaimo Clippers (5-6-0-0, 3rd Island) in Island pod play today at the Multiplex.

The Bulldogs were in action last night, where they had their four game winning streak snapped with a 4-3 overtime loss to the Cowichan Valley Capitals. The Clippers played yesterday afternoon, where they fell 6-1 to the Victoria Grizzlies.

This is the third head-to-head meeting so far in the pod season with the Bulldogs winning the two previous games - 6-4 on April 18th, and 4-1 on April 20th.

Sure looks like it might be a nice day to stay inside and cozy up and watch some hockey, at least locally in Port Alberni! I'll be on the air on 93.3 The Peak FM for Van Isle Ford Bulldogs Hockey with the pregame show commencing the broadcast at 2:45, and the game getting underway shortly after 3:00pm Pacific.

Today's 1st Intermission guest is Bulldog Forward Brandon Buhr.

Tonight's 2nd Intermission is a little different than usual. While I usually go around the league or back in time with Bulldog alumni interviews, today we'll have part two of Bulldog Forward Stephen Castagna in an interview he did with the BCHL's Coordinator of Content Services Jesse Adamson from the BCHL Podcast last week after he was named the BCHL's Player of the Week.

If you aren't in listening range of 93.3 The Peak FM you can listen/watch the game by:

Listening Live on your computer: www.933thepeak.com
Watching Live on your computer/SmartPhone www.BCHLTV.ca

Or through your Smartphone or Tablet by downloading the 93.3 The Peak App which is available for Apple or Android

Talk to you/at you this afternoon!
