Bulldogs host Rivermen tonight

It's the second and final regular season meeting between these teams, and the conclusion of Parent's Weekend, as the Bulldogs (24-18-1-2, T-3rd Island) host the Langley Rivermen (19-22-2-1, 4th Mainland) tonight at the Multiplex.

The Bulldogs opened their Parent's Weekend last night at home, where they won their second straight 3-2 in overtime over the Victoria Grizzlies. The Rivermen were in Nanaimo last night, where they opened a three-in-three Island swing with a fourth straight loss, 4-3 in overtime to the Clippers

These teams previously met on December 19th in Langley, a 6-4 Bulldog win

Pacific Chevrolet Bulldogs Hockey is live on 93.3 The Peak FM airwaves starting at 6:45 with our pregame show, followed by the live game action at 7:00pm.

Dan Tisserand will be on hand to compile individual and team statistics, Bruce MacDonald provides colour commentary and game analysis and I handle the play-by-play.

Tonight's 2nd Intermission guest is former Bulldog (2014-2016) Chris Schutz, currently playing his Junior season with the NCAA's UMASS-Lowell River Hawks.

In case you missed it, Schutz was recently named one of the candidates for the Bulldogs "All Decade Team"
