Bulldogs finally back on home ice to host Centennials tonight

After six straight games on the road and last seeing action on home ice twenty days ago, the Bulldogs (3-6-0-0, 3rd Island) are finally back on their own ice tonight as they host the Merritt Centennials (5-4-0-0. T-1st Interior) for the first meeting between the teams this season.

The Bulldogs were last in action Sunday afternoon in Surrey, where they ended a three in three road trip by halting a six game losing streak with a 5-3 win over the Eagles.

The Centennials last saw the ice Saturday night in Vernon, where they snapped a two game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Vipers.

I'll be great to be back in the booth at home, and even better to have the rest of the team there, as Bruce MacDonald provides colour commentary and analysis with Dan Tisserand compiling and providing statistics. Van Isle Ford Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM is live starting at 6:45 for the pregame show, with the puck drop and play-by-play to follow at 7:00.


Tonight's 2nd Intermission Feature Guest is Trevor Miller, the play-by-play voice of the Trail Smoke Eaters, who the Bulldogs host tomorrow night.
