It's the start of a three-in-three weekend, and the continuation of a stretch of seven straight games on the road as the Bulldogs (8-15-4-1, 5th Island) visit the Smoke Eaters (15-13-1-0, 2nd Interior) tonight in Trail.
The Bulldogs were last in action Wednesday night in Nanaimo, where they stretched their points streak to four games, and their unbeaten streak to two games with a 2-1 overtime win over the Clippers. The Smoke Eaters also last saw the ice on Wednesday night, where they picked a 5-3 win at home over the Penticton Vees.
These teams last met on November 19th at the Dog Pound, a 4-1 Bulldogs win.
