BULLDOGS ACQUIRE NEW DEFENSEMAN AT DEADLINE

Port Alberni, BC – The Alberni Valley Bulldogs announce the acquisition of Michael Winnitoy from the Steinbach Pistons of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League for Future Considerations.
Winnitoy will bring much needed experience to the defense group. This season the 6-foot-3 defenseman has spent time with the Salmon Arm Silverbacks and the Grande Prairie Storm prior to being acquired by the Pistons. Winnitoy is a product of the Calgary Royals Minor Hockey Association.
