Dogs end Movember tonight, jerseys off their backs, Angel drops puck, Teddy Bear Toss tomorrow

The Bulldogs (13-10-0-4, Tied 2nd Island) continue a three-game home stand when they host the Cowichan Valley Capitals (7-13-0-2, 5th Island) for just the second time this season, and the first since the Dogs home opener when they beat the Capitals 8-7 in double overtime.

Of course just a week ago tonight the Capitals beat the Dogs 6-2 in Duncan in a game where the Dogs took a 2-1 lead with eight minutes to go in the second, only to trail 4-2 heading into the third period.

How big would those two points be right now, with the Dogs tied for second in the Conference, and the Clippers and Grizzlies going head-to-head tonight?

That milk has been spilled already. Tonight it's about the Dogs bouncing back against a team that will no doubt be hungry, desperate for points, and energized as they added two players earlier this week in Jesse Neher and Luke Gordon from the Clippers in exchange for Matt Grant.
