Dogs host Centennials tonight....

After last night's 3-1 win in Duncan the Dogs (5-4-0-1, 2nd Island) return to home ice tonight to host the Merritt Centennials (5-1-1-0, 2nd Interior) in what is shaping up to be a good one. The Dogs have won two straight, the Centennials three straight, after picking up a gritty 2-1 win last night in Powell River after having spent the day on the bus leaving Merritt in the early AM. Merritt is coming off a well deserved "Honorable Mention" in the latest CJHL Top 20 National Rankings so you can bet they will be motivated and confident, the Dogs will need to match it and top it if they hope to come out on top.

The pregame on Boston Pizza Bulldogs Hockey on THE PEAK begins tonight at 6:45 on 93.3 The Peak with the play-by-play to follow at 7:00 with yours truly and Bruce MacDonald.

Barring any further tech problems, we will bring you Marc Eremenko in the 1st intermission and Bulldogs Goalie Coach Matt Korchmar in the 2nd.
