Boston Pizza Bulldogs Hockey is back tonight on 93.3 The Peak FM as the Dogs head on the road for three games in three days on the Lower Mainland.
Tonight is the first meeting of the season between the Dogs and the Coquitlam Express. Tomorrow its of to Langley for the second head-to-head match-up with the Rivermen (and their home opener) before a late afternoon start in Surrey Sunday (4pm) sees the trip come to an end.
Catch the pre game show tonight at 6:45 with the play-by-play to follow at 7:00 from the Poirier Sports and Leisure Centre.
Barring the rare TIE, something has to give tonight with the Express a perfect 3 and 0 to start the season and the Dogs riding a modest two-game winning streak.
I'm not sure who I will have as a 1st intermission guest yet, but Brandon Astle will be my 2nd intermission guest - he's the play-by-play voice of the Langley Rivermen.
It's Langley's first home game of the season tomorrow, and their first since last Friday in Coquitlam so it should be a good atmosphere for the players with a good crowd expected.
