Canucks take 3-2 series lead with 1-0 Game 6 win, Bulldogs add Zach Todd, Dziurzynski wins Calder Cup, ON LOCATION at Van Isle Ford today!

Wow, what a game. Great bounce back game for the Canucks, and for Roberto Luongo, who was perfect with the shut out and 1st star honours. In this tournament goals for and goals against don't matter. 8-1, 4-0, 1-0, they all mean the same in the end. There is no aggregate carryover from the last game a la soccer. And the Canucks with their three nail biter victories are one game up on the Bruins, with their two dominant wins in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Wow, how about that officiating? As horrible as it can get. And this is the FINALS. I was wondering if Alain Vigneault was getting close to stealing a page out of Roger's book and raising a white towel on a stick at the bench to indicate surrender. I am NOT one of the many many people buy into the conspiracy theory stuff....it angers me that I hear it so much around these parts. With the way the calls went through the bulk of the game last night the NHL is sure doing a good job to put those theories to bed. Instead, they are fanning the flames. In the end, the Canucks fought through the adversity and came out on top. Now they will head to Boston for Game 6 Monday. And the STANLEY CUP will be in the building.
