WHL Selects 2 Russia 1

Not a bad game, certainly not what I was expecting as it was 0-0 after 2 periods. Mostly thanks to Russia's goalie.




The game was 2-0 until Russia finally scored with 30 seconds left to make the finish interesting.




6,600 plus at the Save on Foods Memorial Centre for this one. Great crowd.
