What a tough one last night in Duncan.
The Dogs battled back from a 1-0 deficit after two periods with goals from Mitch MacMillan and Brett Mohler to have a 2-1 lead with less than four minutes to play.....only to see the Capitals not only tie it up, but also score to win it in the final minute of regulation on a breakaway.

I really felt for the guys because they battled so hard all night long, only to have it all go down the tubes with 30 seconds left. I hope they'll focus on the effort that got them to the final minute, and not the heartbreak that goes with losing in the final minute.
It's not how you fall, it's how you get up though, right?
The Dogs won't have much time to think about last night as the red hot Surrey Eagles fly into the pound for a 3pm puck drop today.
Get it all on 93.3 The Peak FM with the pregame show at 2:45 and the puck drop and all the play-by-play at 3:00pm.
