Bulldogs visit Clippers tonight, Midget Bulldogs host tourney thisweekend

It's the final game of four straight on the road tonight as the Bulldogs (5-14-2-1, 5th Island) make their first visit of the season to the Frank Crane Arena to take on the Nanaimo Clippers (10-9-0-1, 3rd Island) for the fourth head-to-head meeting between the clubs this season. The Clippers won the first meeting by a 4-2 score back on September, before then picking up a 7-5 win at the Dog Pound on October 18th. The most recent meeting went to the Dogs 5-4 in double OT on Tryg Strand's winner on October 23rd.

The Dogs last played Sunday evening in Chilliwack where they topped the Chiefs 8-5. The Clippers were in Duncan on Sunday, where they beat the Caps 4-2.

All the action on Pacific Chevrolet Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM gets underway with the pregame show at 6:45 with the play-by-play to follow just after 7:00 with myself and Bruce MacDonald.

Tonight's 1st Intermission guest is Bulldogs Captain and reigning BCHL Player of the week Tryg Strand.

Tonight's 2nd Intermission guest is former Bulldog Chase Van Allen, now with the NCAA's University of Alaska-Anchorage SeaWolves
