It's the last home game for a while for the Bulldogs tonight as they are off to the Kootenay's and the Okanagan all next week. The Dogs are coming off their first Home Ice loss of the season to the Grizzlies on Tuesday night.
Their opposition tonight will be the Salmon Arm Silverbacks. The 'Backs are the Interior's 2nd ranked club with a 10 and 4 record good for 20 points. They have two games in hand on the Conference leading Penticton Vees, who lead them by four points. They have lost two in a row on this road trip - 6-0 in Nanaimo on Wednesday night, and 5-2 last night in Duncan.
They will have two players suspended tonight due to an October 12th line brawl in Merritt as Chris Moore and Charlie Vasaturo still have some games left to serve.
Do the Dogs have any suspensions as a result of Tuesday night? Great question. There currently isn't anything listed under "Disciplinary Action" on the league website.
