Bulldogs Add Defenceman Keca
Press Release
September 30th 2010
The Alberni Valley Bulldogs would like to announce the signing of 93 D Marley Keca.
Keca played 17 games last season tallying 1 goal and 3 assists with the Quesnel
Millionaires.
"Marley is a smooth skating defenceman that we have had our eye on for a year. He has a
ton of upside and will make an immediate impact to our team," states Bulldogs GM/Head
Coach Paul Esdale. "We look forward to Marley joining the Bulldog organization and
expect big things from him," adds Esdale.
Keca will be in the lineup tonight when Alberni takes on the Powell River Kings.
For more information please contact Paul Esdale at 250.723.4412.
Marley was at the Kelowna Rockets camp this fall and was recently released.
I'm also happy to announce that Frank Riddle will return to the Bulldogs line up tonight. Riddle was injured in the season opener in Powell River.

Yes I am so happy for Frank! I am glad he's playing again. :) It would be good to see him out there again! GO DOGS GO! see you all there!
I wonder if that #!%#!$ Scott Renner will be playing tonight. Grrr.
At first glance, I want to agree with your comment - and your sign in name. When I think further, I also see the other side of it.
I don't know whether I'm a fan of Renner or not. Of course I'm not going out there and buying a Renner jersey, but I'm a fan of lots of opposing players in this league.
I have no idea if I'm a fan of Renner or not because I only saw him for a total of 2 seconds in game action because he made the poor decision to hit a player high and in a compromising situation, and he was gone from the game.
Although I hope it's never the case, a Bulldog could hit another player the same way in a moment of poor judgement.
I'm giving Scott Renner a chance and I'm hoping it's not the norm from him but just a kid excited for the home opener looking to make an impact with his coaches and for his team and it just didn't turn out the right way.
Frank Riddle is the first intermission guest tonight and he has some interesting words on the subject, it's worth listening to!
hammer
if the person can,t put up he,s
real handle then don,t commet period. i,m sure the kid renner
had alot of sleepless nights,i agree with you hammer the game gets
very heated some nights and renner
was pumped for opening night.i,m sure he regrets the hit,it doesn,t
make him a marked man.and talking
to riddle last game in lounge he has to much class to retaleaite
