Flyers even series, Seniors Week in Port Alberni - Events Schedule

Maybe not the most complete 60 minute effort last night for the Flyers, but in the end they got the job done to even up the series at 2-2 heading to the Windy City for Game 5 Sunday.

I missed most of the first period, but starting watching as the Flyers went up 2-0, the Hawks answered back to make it 2-1, and the Flyers scored this beauty of a goal to go up 3-1.

What more could you ask for out of the Stanley Cup Final than a "Best of Three" now to decide the Cup?

I have seen two empty netters that popped the water bottle this season. The first was Jeff Carter last night to ice it, the second was Trent Dorais on Game 2 of the Bulldog season in a 3-1 win over the Grizzlies during the Dogs home opener when he golfed one in from the Bulldog Blueline.

Seniors Week in Port Alberni began today!

Here is the FULL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!!

Here are the events taking place for our 25th Anniversary of Seniors’ Week here in Port Alberni from June 5 – 12. If you can mention some of the following events on the radio and/or let seniors know to pick up tickets and flyers from Echo Centre, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much!!
