Bulldogs back in action today against Capitals *1:00pm puck drop*

After three games in four days to open the 2021 Pod season, the Bulldogs (1-1-0-1, 4th Island) return to action tonight coming off a four day break, as they "visit" the Cowichan Valley Capitals (2-2-1-0, 2nd Island) at the Multiplex for a matinee affair.

The Bulldogs were last in action on Monday night, where they suffered their first defeat in regulation, 4-3 to the Victoria Grizzlies

The Capitals played last night at the Multiplex, where they won their second in a row, 3-2 over the Nanaimo Clippers.

These teams have met once so far, a thrilling come-from-behind 5-4 Bulldog win in overtime on April 3rd, where the Bulldogs trailed by a 4-1 score in the third period, and 4-3 into the final five seconds of regulation before tying it up to force OT.

Note the early start time of 1:00pm Pacific - which means 93.3 The Peak FM's Bulldogs Hockey brought to you by Pacific Chevrolet, is on the air for our pregame show at 12:45, with the game action to follow at 1:00pm.

Today's 1st Intermission guest is Bulldog Forward Ethan Hersant, while after 40 minutes my guest will be Graham Turnbull, the play-by-play voice of the Vernon Vipers in the Vernon Pod.
