Bulldogs host league leading Express tonight

It's a huge test for the Bulldogs (24-22-1-2, 4th Island) as they host the BCHL leading Coquitlam Express (40-8-1-1, 1st Mainland, 1st Overall) tonight at the Multiplex for a final make-up game after the Multiplex ice issues through November.

The Bulldogs last played Saturday night at home, where they dropped their fourth straight, 3-2 to the Victoria Grizzlies.

The Express were last in action Saturday night in Wenatchee, where they fell 4-3 to the Wild in overtime.

These teams last met way back on September 29th, a 4-2 Express win in Coquitlam.

If you can't make it to the game, we'll make you feel like you're there - tune in to Pacific Chevrolet Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM to hear all the action live from the Multiplex. Our broadcast begins with the pregame show at 6:45, with the puck dropping just after 7:00.

I'll have the responsibility of calling the play-by-play, Bruce MacDonald takes care of game analysis while adding colour commentary and Dan Tisserand is a game time decision to cover the team and player statistics throughout the contest.

Tonight's 2nd Intermission guest is Dante De Caria, play-by-play voice of the Powell River Kings with the Bulldogs visiting the Kings for a double header this Friday and Saturday.
