Bulldogs host Grizzlies tonight to open Parents Weekend

It's the third meeting between these teams in seven days, as the Bulldogs (23-18-1-2, T-3rd Island) continue a four-game home stand by hosting the Victoria Grizzlies (17-29-0-0, 5th Island) to open Parents Weekend.

The Bulldogs last played Wednesday night at home, where they picked up a come-from-behind 5-4 overtime win over the Cowichan Valley Capitals. The Grizzlies last played Saturday night at home, where they halted a three-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over....the Bulldogs.

This is the seventh game in the season series between the teams with the Bulldogs having a head-to-head record of 4-2-0-0. Prior to Saturday night, the Bulldogs earned a 5-0 win a week ago tonight at the Multiplex. December 6th was a 4-3 Bulldog win at the Q Centre. Five days earlier, the Grizzlies were 4-3 winners, again at the Q Centre.   The Bulldogs were 6-2 winners at the Q Centre on October 19th and also won the first meeting of the season 5-3 at the Dog Pound on October 11th.

If you can't make the game, we'll make you feel like you're there, on Pacific Chevrolet Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM Tune in at 6:45 for our pregame show, with all the game action to follow the 7:00pm puck drop.
