It's the first visit of the season for the Bulldogs (8-8-0-0, 3rd Island) down to the Q Centre tonight, as the visit the Victoria Grizzlies (6-9-0-0, 5th Island) for the second meeting between the teams in eight days.
The Bulldogs were in action last night at home, where they won their fifth straight, and seventh straight on home ice, 5-3 over the Wenatchee Wild.
The Grizzlies were in Duncan last night, where they won their second in a row, 4-0 over the Cowichan Valley Capitals.
There teams have met just once so far this season, last Friday at the Multiplex, a 5-3 Bulldog win.
I’ll be on the air to bring all the action to you, on Van Isle Ford Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak, starting with the pregame show at 6:45, with the puck dropping at 7:00pm.
Tonight’s second intermission feature is this weeks edition of the Island Division This week. It’s a compilation of recaps, previews and highlights from the play-by-play voices of the Island Division teams. As always, it’s courtesy of Nanaimo Clippers play-by-play voice Dan Marshall, from our sister station 106.9 The Wolf in Nanaimo.
