Bulldogs conclude weekend today in Coquitlam against Express *3:00pm puck drop*

It's the end of a three game road trip for the Bulldogs (14-25-3-0, 4th Island) as they visit the Coquitlam Express (22-17-2-0, 3rd Mainland) at the Poirier Sports and Leisure Centre for a matinee affair this afternoon.

The Bulldogs were in West Kelowna last night, where they dropped a 6-5 heartbreaker to the Warriors. This is the fourth game this week for the Express, who are in the midst of a six game home stand. They snapped a three game losing streak with an 8-1 thumping of West Kelowna on Monday night. Wednesday against the Centennials, they dropped a 5-4 overtime decision in a crazy game that saw the Express lead 2-0 in the first, only to have the Centennials tie it two minutes into the second. The Express restored their two-goal lead before the end of the period, and held it to the final three minutes of regulation, only to have the Centennials score twice - including the equalizer with 30 seconds to play, to force overtime where they got the win.  They were off last night, after playing host to the Chilliwack Chiefs Friday night, where they picked up a 4-3 win in overtime.

This is the second and final regular season meeting between the teams. The previous contest was one to forget for the Bulldogs, and one to remember for the Express, as they dug out of a 3-0 hole to pick up a 5-3 win a the Dog Pound on Sunday, December 2nd
