It's the second meeting between these teams in less than a week, and the third and final regular season match up this season as the Bulldogs (14-23-3-0, 4th Island) head across the border to visit the defending Fred Page Cup Champion Wild (24-14-2-0, 3rd Interior) in Wenatchee, Washington.
The Bulldogs were last in action Sunday afternoon at home, when they snapped a three game losing streak, while extending their points streak to three games, with a 4-2 win over the Langley Rivermen. The Wild also last played Sunday afternoon in Nanaimo, where they fell 4-1 to the Clippers
These teams met last Saturday at the Multiplex, a 3-2 Wild win in overtime.
I'll bring the game to you, on Pacific Chevrolet Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM. The pregame show is on the air at 6:50, with the puck set to drop after 7:05.
Tonight's 2nd Intermission guest is Chase Johnston, the play-by-play voice of the West Kelowna Warriors, who the Bulldogs visit tomorrow for the first meeting of the season between the teams.
