Bulldogs host Grizzlies tonight for Game Six

It's Game six of this best of seven Island Division Semi Finals series, as the Bulldogs host the Victoria Grizzlies tonight at the Multiplex.

The Bulldog Office is open at 9am today to commence ticket sales - season ticket holders have until 4:00pm today to purchase their seats - after that they go on sale to the general public.

The Grizzlies forced this game with their second straight win while facing elimination, 5-1 last night at the Q Centre

It's another must-win game for the Grizzlies, and the Bulldogs need to find a way to generate that same mentality to end this series and avoid a seventh and deciding game. I thought the Bulldogs played a great game last night - but one could argue that the final 55 minutes are of little consequence, no matter how good you may play when you spot your opposition a two goal lead. I'm on the other side of the puck that I was impressed with their mentality and desire - the bounces and breaks will sort out if you work for them and do the right things. I thought they did that last night. However, last night doesn't matter. The previous five games do not matter. Tonight does and being ready for the task at hand is everything.

The full crew will again be on hand in the booth to bring it all to you - Bruce MacDonald provides analysis and colour commentary, Dan Tisserand compiles and passes along team and individual statistics and I call the play-by-play. Van Isle Ford Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM is on the air for our pregame show at 6:45, followed by the puck drop at 7:00pm.
