Bulldogs host Rivermen today for Matinee affair

It's the end of a busy weekend for the Dogs (2-4-0-1) as they play their third game in two and a half days when they host the Mainland Division's Langley Rivermen (3-1-3-0)

The Bulldogs were in Powell River last night, where they fell 4-1 to the Kings following Friday's 5-4 win over the Clippers. The Rivermen have had a busy week themselves - they picked up a 5-2 win at home on Tuesday night over the West Kelowna Warriors before heading to the Island last night when they visited the Grizzlies at the Q Centre where they forced overtime with a late two-goal rally to fall 4-3

Don't miss a minute of the action on 93.3 The Peak's Bulldogs Hockey, brought to you by Van Isle Ford, with the pregame show on the air at 1:45 with the play-by-play to follow at 2:00pm with myself and Bruce MacDonald providing the play-by-play and analysis.

Today's 2nd Intermission guest is Bulldog Educational Advisor Tom McEvay, about all things related to what he does in helping the organization and the players further their education and hockey careers. Tom was front and centre all last week at the BCHL Showcase meeting with a plethora of scouts and coaches from the NCAA, NHL, CIS and other various leagues and levels of hockey and schools.
