Dogs visit Grizzlies to end Regular Season, Spring Forward Tonight!

Wow, what a gorgeous day in the Valley! Had to take advantage of the sunshine before I have to hop on the bus...went with the family down to the Harbour Quay and the Farmer's Market!

It's the Regular Season finale tonight as the Bulldogs (28-20-2-5, 3rd Island) head down Island to meet the Grizzlies (33-12-0-10, 1st Island) at Bear Mountain Arena.

Points don't matter for the Bulldogs, but having that "winning feeling" does. Points DO matter for the Grizzlies - they are one up on Penticton and two back of Surrey for the Regular Season Coastal Conference and BCHL banners.

I'm well aware it's only the Regular Season and no one plays this game just to be the best team in the "Dress Rehearsal" that is the Regular Season. A banner is still a banner though. More importantly, the Grizzlies want to get that "winning feeling" back headed into the post season as they have lost five in a row.

All the action kicks off with Bruce and myself at 7:00 tonight on Boston Pizza Bulldogs Hockey on 93.3 The Peak FM with the Pacific Chevrolet pregame show followed by the puck drop at 7:15.

Or who knows, maybe the action gets going at 7:19 or 7:20 like the last time these teams met in Victoria and one of the teams is late getting onto the ice?

Tonight's 1st intermission guest is Part 2 of my interview with Bulldogs Trainer/Equipment Manager James McDonald. I'm hoping to get Jamie Amos along with Transportation Specialist Will Severinson on during the 2nd intermission show!

Don't forget you can also watch the game through the Fast Hockey Pay-per-view broadcast!

Last but not least, don't forget to Spring Forward tonight and set your clock forward and hour. Yay for a 47 hour weekend!
