The Dogs are still winless on the road after taking one on the chin tonight at Royal LePage Place.
The Dogs trailed 2-1 after one even though they out shot the Warriors 18-9.
The Dogs gave up a season high 5 powerplay goals in the loss.
Kiefer Giroux takes the loss giving up 5 goals before giving way to Frank Slubowski, but he certainly wasn't to blame for the loss.
A classy move I noticed by Warriors Captain Alex Grieve as when he scored his hat trick goal to make it 7-1 he called off the "fly by" of the bench to celebrate, instead just leading his team back to centre ice to drop the puck again. You don't see that very often.
I was a big fan of the Warriors BEFORE this game, and an even bigger fan after it. They have a great squad.
The Dogs are in Penticton to face the Vees tomorrow, who lost tonight to the Vernon Vipers on home ice by a score of 5-0.
It should be a good one tomorrow with two teams coming off bad losses having lots to prove.
