A tough one to take for the Dogs as they played a solid game and outshot the Smokies 38-27 in a losing cause.
The Dogs played the bulk of the game with 4 defenceman as Frank Riddle and Marley Keca were lost due to injury in the first period.
A day off for the Dogs tomorrow before they face the Warriors in Westside Friday night.
