Salmon Festival Update, Bulldogs Introduced on stage today at 2:45 today, beat Caps 6-1 last night

Good Morning from a beautiful day in Port Alberni at the 39th Annual Salmon Festival! The kids right now are right behind me weighing in all of their Bullheads to try and win the big prize in the P.A. Lions Club Bullhead Derby.


No fish have been put on the leader board today. The biggest fish of the Derby so far is 32.4 pounds, caught by Shaun Hackwell of Port Alberni.


The Bulldogs will be introduced on the Salmon Fest stage at 2:45 this afternoon. If you missed it, the Dogs beat the Caps 6-1 last night at Kerry Park Arena. Find the details by reading the posts below.
