Sprucing up the bus...

If you haven't got on a hockey bus on day 2 or 3 of a road trip, you have no idea how horrible 25 plus people and 20 plus bags of hockey equipment can smell.




Credit to Paul Esdale for the candle idea, as he mentioned last weekend that in his professional playing days they used to light a candle on the bus to take the "edge" off, so to speak.



And credit to me - and the Dollar Store in Powell River - for picking up this bad boy yesterday. Smells like fresh springtime rain or something lovely like that!
