Writing by the lights of the bus from somewhere between Armstrong and Vernon, it is very nice to hear a happy bus for the first time in a while.
The streaks are over - the Bulldogs 12 game losing streak and the Silverbacks 11 game unbeaten streak, as the Dogs fought back from a 1-0 hole after one to lead 3-1 after two. The 'Backs made it interesting scoring with just under three minutes to play to make it 3-2, but the Dogs held the fort through a 6 on 4 in the final minute to earn the hard fought win.
Bulldog goal scorers were Zack Mazo (2) and Evan Witt. Colin Rundell picked up the win in goal. We are in Vernon so I have to run...More from the road tomorrow as the Dogs wrap up their trip with a meeting against the Vipers.

WooHoo Dogs!I can imagine the much happier bus. Hope they all got some rest and are ready to go at it again this afternoon. I'll be listening again while watching the Bantam Bulldogs play. BTW score was double digits Bantam Dogs Sooke zero..they stopped posting them at 9.
