Just finished watching the Penguins eliminate the Ottawa Senators in four straight games. While it was a bit of a shock throughout the season as the Sens tail-spinned, this series loss wasn't shocking at all.
Food for thought regarding LAST years Stanley Cup Finalists- Yes, Anaheim finished higher in the standings and in a much better situation than the Sens did this year. BOTH teams did better than the 2006 Finalists in the Oilers and Hurricanes....Neither team has made the playoffs since. On any night in the NHL.....
