A sad day, as one of the most historic barns in history closed as the Montreal Canadiens beat the Dallas Stars 4-1 in the last game played in the 72 year old Montreal Forum.
I still remember watching this like it was yesterday. It brought tears to my eyes. I'm not even sure if the video below happened on the same night, but it was for the same reason, the closing of the forum. I wish the video wasn't edited, as the ovation went on FOREVER. Only in Montreal!
